Attorney Profile: Sandra J. Wall began her practice at Rudnick & Wolfe in 1981 as an associate in the corporate department concentrating her practice in the areas of franchising, licensing and distribution law matters. She became a partner in 1987 and continued her practice at Rudnick until January 1997 when an opportunity arose to join the law department of one of Rudnick's clients, Sears, Roebuck and Co. At Sears, Ms. Wall acted as Associate General Counsel - Contracts and was responsible for all vendor contracts executed by Sears, dealer agreements, license agreements with third party independent contractors, consulting agreements and strategic sourcing initiatives. She was also responsible for analysis of existing contractual relationships and contract terminations. Ms. Wall structured three new franchise programs for Sears Home Services business and handled preparation of uniform franchise offering circulars and state franchise and business opportunity filings. Ms. Wall returned to Piper Marbury Rudnick & Wolfe in April of 2000, where she counsels franchise clients on a variety of franchise disclosure and relationship and general corporate matters and also continues to provide legal services to Sears.
